Why did I choose Print?

I decided to take on the print coursework for multiple reasons, some of these being I'm the not the best actor in the world therefore I thought I would benefit more by creating a magazine cover rather than a film.
Also when it comes to software and my ability to use software I am much more comfortable using programs such as Adobe Photoshop rather than iMovie, even though my preliminary task was edited on iMovie, I coped, yet I feel I can do more stuff in terms of effects using Photoshop thus allowing me to produce a more complex final product.
Fortunately I do have access to a decent digital camera at home which is a bonus as I will be able to take pictures not just in school but in my free time, this will also give me access to a whole range of props and costumes/clothing at home.
Another reason for choosing this task is that in previous school years, particularly GCSE media, I have done many research tasks into Music Magazines as it was on the curriculum at my secondary school, I also sat an exam on this, this gives me a chance to do even better in the Print coursework.
