Editing the images in my magazine I believe can be very affective as it can make the picture stand out on the page, which will be ideal when the magazine is sitting on a shelf of a newsagents or supermarket.

I also believe it can relate to the genre of music represented in the magazine, in this case the 'Stamp' effect would look really effective on the front cover or double page spread of my magazine as the black and white makes the image look quite bleak, which relates as a lot of grime songs are often about the streets which can be bleak.
